This off-white powder has flecks of herbs, garlic, onion and bell pepper. Mix with sugar, water, vinegar and oil for a Vinaigrette type dressing or add the oil last in a slow stream for an emulsified thick Vinaigrette. Any type of vinegar can be added. For extra flavor add 1/4 cup of Mrs. Schreiber’s Garden Blend.
