If you should find a product or receive a product in an unsatisfactory condition please notify us within 14 days of receipt by submitting the Refund & Return Form below, or contact us via phone at 1-800-624-8777 or email at customerservice@rlsinc.com with full detail of product condition and dissatisfaction. or fill-out the website Refund and Return Form.
Once notification of unsatisfactory condition has been received and reviewed, a replacement product will be sent to you or a full refund of the product purchase price will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less the original shipping fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To ensure product quality and safety we do not accept the return of open, unsealed containers.
