1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar

DIRECTIONS
Cover short ribs generously on all sides with BBQ Spice, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Smoke at 200° for 8 to 10 hours until internal temp reaches 198-205°. Combine vinegar and water. Baste or spray ribs every 30 min to 1 hour after the first 4 hours of cooking to avoid the outside drying out. Once the desired temp is reached, take ribs off the smoker, cover, and let rest for 1 hour. Serves 4.
